Services

Damage Waiver:

Amazing Tents takes the risk of loss or damage to the equipment whilst it is in the customer’s care, except that the customer remains responsible for

a) the first £500 of any loss or damage.

b) any loss or damage caused by the customer’s negligence or legal liability.

c) any loss or damage caused by the customer’s failure to adhere to any special security measures that may be required due to the nature of the site.

3% of Equipment Hire Charge

 
Crew Member time for on-site support (includes travel time) £30.00 per hour

General Points and information

Hire Period
Prices shown are for a 24 hour hire period unless otherwise stated. Longer hire periods are available too; please ask for details.

Delivery
Delivery costs apply to each hire outside a radius of 20 miles from NE61 6JZ. They are calculated
individually for each hire based on the location and the amount of equipment.

Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of £1000 (excluding VAT, damage waiver and delivery) applies to all bookings.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 25% of the hire fee is payable when making a booking. The 75% balance is payable 21
days prior to the event. If the event is less than 6 weeks away at the time of booking, then 100% of the hire fee is payable when making the booking.

Crew Member Time
When we supply crew for on-site support, breakfast, lunch and evening meal will be provided by the client commensurate with the hours they are on site.

What you say about us

We had a fantastic day – all went very well and the Tipi absolutely wowed everyone. It was the perfect venue for the evening’s entertainment. I would like to put in a word for the guys who set the Tipi up – excellent work all round ! In particular I’d like to thank George who was on hand all evening to look after the Tipi and the fire – he was great, very reassuring to have him on-site. He mucked in with a bit of tidying round during the evening and was more than happy to chat on the the guests as well. I’d like to say thanks for all the help and advice you gave in organising our wedding – you’ve been a great help from start to finish.
