What makes us truly unique is that we provide the best fully-furnished tipi and marquee hire including stylish internal and external furnishings, finishing touches such as dance floors, bars, fire pits and garden games, and practical items such as generator, toilets and catering tents!
We can provide a list of stunning venues where we have worked before. Alternatively, if you have a dream place in mind, we will visit the site to check if it is suitable.
We can help organise your day from start to finish and supply a list of the best North East caterers for your event, as well as delve into our book of contacts for DJs, bands, photographers, florists and so much more.
We can provide full bar service and you can hire our crew to take care of all your tipi or marquee needs on your special day, so you don’t have to.
What size are the tipis?
A Chillout Tipi is 8 m wide.

Giant Tipis are a little over 10 m wide, or 13 m wide with the sides up.
​
The Tidewater Sailcloth Tent is 25 x 13 m (83 x 44 ft) plus an extra 2 m all around for the ropes.

The Vintage Marquee comes in three sizes:
30 x 90 ft
30 x 70 ft
30 x 50 ft

How many guests does a Tipi or Marquee hold?
A Giant Tipi has space for up to 72 guests or multiple tipis can be joined together to create a bigger space for a large celebration. In the warmer months, the sides of the tipi can be opened up to create an al fresco feel. For more information about tipi sizes click here.

The Tidewater Sailcloth Tent can accommodate up to 300 seated guests.
​
The 30 x 90 ft Vintage Marquee comes is suitable for up to 200 seated guests plus extra for an evening of dancing!

The number of guests partly depends on your choice of furnishings but, don't worry, we will guide you through creating your bespoke floor plan and layout.
Locations and sizes! Where to start!
Firstly, no event is too small or too big! Based in Northumberland, we cover a wide area of the North including North Yorkshire, Cumbria and the Scottish borders.

We have a list of approved venues and locations perfect for tipi and marquee weddings and events, but, if you have a place in mind, let us know and we will carry out a site visit.
How does pricing work?
Prices start from £675 for Chillout Tipi hire. Each event is bespoke to you, whether you’re after a single tipi or a family of them, fire pits with cosy corners, or bars and outdoor games!
