If you choose to provide your bank details to receive a refund, you are responsible for the means of communication, not us, and we will store this information securely.

The type of personal information we collect
We are temporarily collecting and processing the following information to support the Government with its NHS Test and Trace system:
Your name and surname. If you are in a group of 2 or more, we’ll ask you to nominate someone from the group as a lead contact and we’ll confirm the number of people in your group;
